I submitted an order, they charged my credit card, then I got an email from Monton saying they would like to substitute a different bib short than the one I ordered. I said I don't want a different style of bib, I want the bib I originally ordered. They refunded me partially and not the full amount they charged my credit card. They said it's handling fee. Why should a customer eat the cost of handling fee when it's no fault of the customer? Monton has bad business practices!
