If you don’t know your exact size, I would size up in these. My husband typically wears a 36 in pants and can wear an XL or a L in bottoms like gym shorts and swimsuit bottoms. So I got an XL. The fit of these was way too tight on him. We were disappointed because the quality and the fabric of the shorts seems really good. I like the side pockets and the material is pretty soft. These would be great for working out.In terms of standard American sizing these run small. Im 30/31 at the waist and usually buy a small, but these fit perfectly in a medium. Their size chart states M is 29-32. IMO if you're a 32 waist, I think you will find that these are too tight, so I recommend going up a size (unless that's the look you're going for). Length hits just above the knee - Im 5' 5I saw a review stating these shrunk upon washing and drying, I have not run them through the wash yet, but when I do, i'll provide an update to confirm shrinkage.Comes with two pockets on the sides, as well as a phone pocket on the left separate from the other pocket.Overall, im happy with the shorts fresh out the packaging. The material feels good, and so does the fit. I will most likely being ordering one more to have on rotation.These are very soft and cotton feeling. They are so so comfortable.
