When I started my weight loss journey I was between 210-220lbs. I've tried multiple brands through local stores like Walmart, Target and Ross as well as Amazon. When I came across these scrunch shorts I was amazed at how they made me look and feel. As many may know, losing weight leaves you feeling good but for some of us we don't look that great due to excess skin. In waiting for the elasticity to snap back in my epidermis I was feeling like a pencil with a saggy coat. Too graphic? Lol. But when I tried these shorts the gave me a vote of confidence with the extra lift as they shaped my lower body for the day. I would recommend these for more than just working out. I've worked around the house and delivered food in them at my job. They're a unique style that you can wear for a workout or all day and not feel like you're suffocating from the extra grip. Needless to say, they are great for everything, make your hips, legs and backside look alive and your extra vote of self confidence comes at a very low price with these. I hope you buy them and enjoy the perks... pun intended. ;)I came across these shorts from a YouTuber who swore by them. I am a regular gym goer and have been trying to find flattering, comfortable gym shorts for so long but they’ve all seemed to be too short, too long, not flattering, or the waist band & thigh area roll up constantly. But when I TELL you these shorts check all the boxes!! They’re super high waisted (which I like), have tummy control, just the right amount of scrunch in the bum, are squat proof and super comfortable. I have a small waist with large hips, bum & thighs and I don’t have any issues with these rolling down or the legs hiking up when I squat or bend over. Plus, they make my butt look AMAZING. I loved the first pair I got so much that I bought another pair 2 days later and they both fit perfectly. For reference, I’m 5’7, around 170 lbs with a slim thick build and I got the large. They fit perfectly! If you want comfy shorts to squat in, that accentuate the peach then you’re gonna love these.I bought these for jogging and while they do stay in place well and are comfortable, they lack compression in the tummy area, which I really prefer. If your tummy is already pretty flat, then these will probably be great shorts for you. But for my fellow ladies rocking a bit of a fupa, these won't do you any favors. I just make sure to wear them with a tank top or shirt when I go jogging.So I didn’t know there was a band in these shorts that literally flosses your butt. I mean it looks good, but if you work out in them it feels like your being flossed front to back and being pinched. But they do make the booty look good and I’d recommend them for like going out wear, not working out.I was worried it would be too tight to workout in but it was fine. The butt scrunch is intense but not terrible probably because of the colors and patters. It’s super cute and very faltteringThese fit perfectly. They are compression material, so they are snug. But, they are just snug enough to suck you in, make you feel high and tight at the gym, but also give you room to be breathable. Now, because of the material, they aren't "squat proof," as they stretch out, depending on how big your butt is. I'd totally buy these again.I’m 5’10” 138 lbs and got a small. They fit very good! I use them casually, doing yoga and biking. Thick and not see through when squatting and waist feels secure and held tight but not restricting.These are the most comfortable shorts I have, and I have A LOT of shorts from Amazon. When I bought them I ordered an XL and was 5’10” and weighed around 190 lbs. I have large legs and they didn’t squeeze the crap out of them at all, and the length of the shorts is great as they’re a little longer than your average 5” inseam. You aren’t yanking them down constantly. As I started to lose some weight down into the 180’s they got a little loose but not in a bad way and still felt great. For the price, I’d buy every single color if I were you!product fits really nice, reminds me of my gym shark seamless shorts ! I would not say they’re squat proof as the scrunch in the middle makes it stiff to squat. They look really nice and the fit is accurate, compression is great with a snug fit on the waist. I got the size small and it fit perfectly. The material is thick and stretchy. It has a very thick seam on the back that scrunches in the butt, it’s extremely flattering. I got the black tie dye pair. I’ve worked out in them and I have 0 complaints.These are a great dupe for gymshark! I was worried when it arrived because it looked too small despite ordering a size up but it actually fit better than expected. I haven't had issues with the legs rolling up but I do wish there was a little bit more tummy support, but that's just personal preference. I do reccomend going up a size if you're a little more on the squishy size. I feel like if I had gone with my regular size I'd have gotten severe muffin top.Punk tie dye: These are so flattering!! Very comfy, they are a little tight on the thighs but I don't mind (I don't have huge thighs though). The butt scrunch is aggressive and really goes right up your butt, which could be uncomfortable for some people but makes the booty pop. The scrunch is also rouched which isn't my favorite. The material is very good quality, I'm really impressed.#1 Scrunch Khaki: these are soooo flattering and the material is very good quality. I'm a big fan of these. The scrunch isn't rouched which is really nice. I don't have anything alphalete but I wanna say it's even similar to alphalete.I got a medium in both and I'm 6'0" 165 lbs.
