First of all, I'm normally a M on top and L on the bottom (5'4" 185lbs, B cup). I got this set in L just to be on the safe side and I do feel like the top is a bit big as a result. It's definitely not flattering for a smaller chest at all because it just flattens. Wearing another sports bra under it would be the only way to give support, but that would be pointless. As a result of the unflattering top (on me anyway) I will save this set for my home workouts primarily.In all other aspects, I do really love this set though. The pattern is great for hiding imperfections! The thick fabric is super soft! The material is comfortable and just the right stretchiness. I normally wear a L for bottoms and love the way the shorts fit, so true to size as well. I only wish they had pockets. Overall, it's a great value for the price though for this 2 piece set!
